For students of primary, secondary and vocational schools

Providing free information sessions on community issues has been an initiative of the Jacques Delors European Information Center since 1997.



  • General Classes: Deal with the process of European construction (objectives, main steps, treaties and successive enlargement).  
  • Thematic Classes: Deal with European Citizenship, European Year for Development, Lisbon Treaty, Energy and Climate Change, Europe 2020, and 30 years of European Integration. 

Target Audience


Students of primary, secondary and professional education in all educational establishments (public and private).




These classes are taught by Staff of the Jacques Delors Center DGEA/MFA that have received extensive training in European affairs.


Educational Materials


The classes are complemented by teaching materials designed by the Center and that are appropriate to the age and profile of participants. At the end of each session, brochures about the issues addressed are provided to all participants.




Throughout each session, students are encouraged to participate by asking questions, expressing their concerns and sharing their opinions.
